Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical assessment, or treatment. AI-generated content including appointment briefs, pattern analysis, research summaries, and specialist recommendations are informational only and must be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional before acting on them. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any medical decision.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Notem. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You own all health data you log on Notem. We do not claim any ownership of your content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may export all your data at any time from Account Settings. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account Settings at any time.
You agree not to use Notem to store health data for anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent. You agree not to attempt to access another user's data. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape, abuse, or overload the platform. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or circumvent any security measure on the platform. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
Pro is billed at $5.00 per month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and we do not store your payment card details.
Notem is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information generated by this platform. We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from your use of Notem. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
Notem uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate appointment briefs, pattern analysis, and research summaries. This content is generated from data you have logged and is informational only. AI outputs may contain errors and should always be reviewed before use. Your health data is sent to Anthropic's API temporarily to generate responses and is not stored or used to train AI models by Anthropic.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of Notem after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
