Acceptance
By using Notem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Notem is
Notem is a personal health journaling and information tool. It uses AI to help you organize and understand patterns in your own health data. AI-generated outputs are observations based on what you log - not clinical diagnoses.
What Notem is not
- Not a medical device under FDA or EU MDR definitions.
- Not a replacement for a doctor, specialist, or any licensed healthcare professional.
- Not an emergency service. If you are in a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You must be 13 or older to use Notem. Users under 18 require parent/guardian acknowledgment.
- Do not share your account credentials.
- Do not use Notem to enter data about other people without their consent.
Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Account Settings. No refunds for partial months, but you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Limitation of liability
Notem is provided "as is." We are not liable for any health decisions you make based on information in the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
